Who we look for
Steady, licensed, local.
We prefer candidates who can commit to disciplined shift work, respect written duty rosters, and are open to on-site supervision. Local candidates from Vapi, Chharwada, Umbergaon and Vasda-region towns are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age 18 with valid government photo identification
- Willingness to work in uniform where the role requires one
- Comfortable with shift-based deployment including night duty
- Basic literacy — able to sign the muster and log incidents
